Simulation Games
SimuLessons deal with simulation-based lessons and learnings. Simulation is not elearning or video learning. It is different because it exposes you to the real world situations where knowledge is applied. Our simulators provide you platforms where you can test your ability to apply the concepts that you have learnt. You do that in a risk-free environment and try out consequences of different paths to reach your goals. If you learn only concepts then your progress is limited. You need to know how and where those are applied.
Most of our simulations are gamified with attractive User Interfaces. The screen is easy to use and help is available at every step. Sometimes you will find enough information and sometimes you have to decide with limited information in the simulations. In many of our self-play simulations you will find short refresher videos to take you through the concepts. In a simulation you have to take up a role and take decisions that will make you achive your objectives or KPIs.
SimuLessons uses the simulation library (largest in the country) developed by our parent company Humanlinks Learning. We have the ability to create and host any simulation including highly complex ones in 3 to 4 weeks time. Our Simulate-Assimilate-Assess model is based on Kolb’s Learning Cycle. Concrete Experience and Generalization are two fulcrums of our model. Concrete experience is provided through simulation of the real-life situation. Similarly, generalizations are provided by allowing the participants to assimilate what they have gone through after a variety of relevant simulation/ learning programs. These are supported with assessments to check (a) participants’ observations after the experience, and (b) if the participants have understood the interplay of competencies and situational variability to the right depth, as required for applying the ideas.
Based on the above model we have developed an integrated platform/ engine called PRAYOG to provided usable analytics at one place for competencies and simulated performances (performances in simulated environments). PRAYOG is India’s first Artificial Intelligence based platform that does not need any coding to create a simulation. Prayog is extremely flexible and can be integrated into any learning journey. Prayog makes understanding of complex decision-making easy by using Neural Networks which work similar to the neurons in the brain.
